Salon Policy

Due to schedule commitments to other clients schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 mins late. If a client no shows an appointment, 100% of the service cost may be due and will not be able to reschedule with any stylist until the balance is paid.

 

Services

The employees of The Parlour at 713 pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality customer care. We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with a service result, it must be expressed within 3 days of the service.

The client MUST return to the salon for the work to be evaluated and inspected to determine if dissatisfaction is warranted. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the employee who performed the initial service.
